We all have stress, and our own individual ways of dealing with it. Chocolate, working out, sex, drinking and whatever your poison is. However I feel that one stress-relieving method in particular has been completely overlooked, or is not known about at all.
This is what I call the Flying Jump.
Now the challenge is that one must perform a flying 360 degree leap in the air and be completely nonchalant afterwards. Sometimes, I do two or three in a row, and when I’m feeling particularly sassy, five.
